Drivers average 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly while hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight with 90% drop and hook loads. Most routes operate East of I-35, although drivers may occasionally run outside that area based on customer needs.

Drivers are assigned newer high-quality tractors equipped with inverters and refrigerators for added comfort while on the road. Dry van trailers and Qualcomm Elogs are provided, and support teams are available 24/7.

Approved riders are welcome through the rider policy program.

Qualifications:

3 to 6 months of tractor trailer experience in the last year or 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years is required. Drivers must possess a valid CDL-A license, current medical card, and maintain a Clearinghouse record free of violations. Applicants must also have 12 months of safe driving following a safety termination.

Onboarding Process:

Remote orientation is provided before drivers are routed to the nearest terminal for truck assignment. Hotel accommodations and meals are provided during orientation, and drivers receive $200 onboarding pay before heading out on their first load.
