You’ll average $1,425-$1,575 weekly plus a quarterly performance bonus while running refrigerated reefer freight with no-touch deliveries. Drivers appreciate the steady scheduling, familiar freight lanes, and consistent communication from dispatch throughout the workweek.

Job Details:

This dedicated reefer position offers a daily pay guarantee of $175 with weekly direct deposit. Drivers run refrigerated freight with a combination of 60% drop and hook freight and 40% live unload deliveries while maintaining steady weekly miles.

Home time is every other week with 2 full days off to help drivers reset and spend time at home between runs. Dedicated freight helps reduce unnecessary downtime while supporting consistent dispatch planning and steady weekly mileage opportunities.

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A with at least 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months or 1 year of OTR experience in the last 3 years.

Hiring Process:
