Company Details:

Jamie Tharpe Trucking provides CDL-A drivers with consistent freight lanes, stable scheduling, and high-mile regional runs. Drivers are typically out 7-8 days before returning home for a 48-hour reset at their home base location.

This position is built for drivers looking for reliable freight movement, practical scheduling, and steady miles running west of I-35.

Position Highlights:

• 3,000-3,400 miles per round trip
• Mostly drop and hook freight
• Paid orientation and weekly home time

Equipment includes newer trucks, most no older than 2.5 years. Drivers also have access to Platform Science E-logs and tablet GPS systems. Jamie Tharpe Trucking partners with Penske to help reduce downtime and keep trucks moving.

Pet policy has no breed or weight restrictions, and the rider policy begins immediately after hire. Drivers can also earn additional money each month through the company fuel program.

Orientation lasts 3 days, and transportation is provided for CDL-A drivers attending orientation.

Qualifications:

Drivers must have a valid CDL-A license and at least 6 months of experience within the last 12 months. No speeding violations of 15 MPH or more within the last year. Careless or reckless driving charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Drivers must also maintain a valid medical card and Clearinghouse/FMCSA compliance.
