Class A CDL  Driver Position: Full-time Company Driver

You will average $1400 each week and driver top-of-the-line Peterbilt 579 trucks that are fully outfitted with Sirius XM, TV mount, inverter and more.

Hiring Area: Monroe, LA

Requirements: Have a valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of flatbed experience in 3 years with strapping, tarping, chaining, and binders experience. A refresher course is offered if you are short on experience.

Job duties for this Class A CDL position include: You will be hauling lumber, coils, machinery, rebar, pipe, and oversize loads. You will run the North and Southeast regions. You are routed home every weekend for a guaranteed 34-hour reset, but you will average anywhere from a 46-56 hour reset.

Pay Details: You pick how you are paid – you can be paid cents per mile or 27% of the load. No matter what works best for you, you will average about $1400 each week. Along with stop pay, detention pay, and tarp pay, there is also a Pay 4 Performance incentive program where you can earn an extra $600 each month.

Orientation Details: Once approved and scheduled for this Class A CDL driver position, we will make sure there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you; we will cover transportation, meals, and lodging. Orientation lasts 4 days and we will pair you with your Driver Manager based off your personality and communication preferences. We offer a Path to Success Pay to help you switch jobs smoothly. You will make an extra $5000 in the first 120 days to make sure you have the funds you need.
